To help both our new and established patients receive care without requiring an office visit, we are now offering TeleVisits with our providers.
A TeleVisit allows you and your provider to discuss your current health status and reason for a visit. Much like an in-office visit, your provider will take a medical history and assess symptoms. They can renew or prescribe medications, order lab tests, and develop a treatment plan. Your provider may also recommend in-office testing at an appropriate time in the future.
TeleVisits are a safe and secure way for you to connect remotely with your provider via video and audio connection on either your smartphone or computer.

Call our scheduling team at 973-627-1000 to request a TeleVisit, or to change an existing appointment to a TeleVisit.
Confirm Your Details
Our staff will confirm your appointment time, the phone number where you will receive your visit link, and any information the doctor needs before your visit.
Join Your Visit
At your appointment time you will receive a text with a link. Open it on your phone or computer and allow access to your camera and microphone.
TeleVisits are offered on request and are subject to availability.
Getting Ready
On the Day of Your Visit
You may receive a call in advance of your appointment from our nursing staff to make sure you are set up for your visit and to collect additional information for your physician or nurse practitioner.
Keep your height, weight, blood pressure and temperature ready.
You will receive a text with a link on your phone. Please allow access to your microphone and camera to start the video call.
